How do I reset my password?

Go to the log-in page and click the “I've forgotten my password” link as shown below:

An email will be sent to your account email with instructions on how to reset your password so check all your folders in case it ends up in the junk mail. 

The link will only be valid for 3 hours from the time it is created to so please bear this in mind when you request a re-set password link.
